Add info about the Modules RSS feed to the Contributor Links and Project Add pages

I'm not sure where it fits in the redesign, but I couldn't find an issue about it.

As is, it's very hard for users to find the Modules RSS feed. Unless you know that all taxonomy listings have a feed, it's really only possible with Google.

I'd like to suggest that a note about the feed be added to the Contributor links block and to the top of the Create project form, similar to what's done for issues.
