Issue Summary
Could this control Comment access?
I know, this module is "node" access but this suggestion could be a nice little addon. Just posting to see if other people is interested in this.

It's not "node" access, it's "node access". Do you understand the implications of that? "Node access" is a complicated feature built into the node module that comes with Drupal. It isn't built into the comments module and therefore this request would need to be made of the Drupal project. This module merely leverages those features in Drupal and makes them accessible to admins from the interface. It would be a massive undertaking to develop such a feature, and it would hardly be an addon.
