Good survey. Some feedback:
Second item in Q5 is "Managing people who do all or some of the above", which makes "all of the above" sound interesting. Also Q4 has "I am not involved in the development of web sites and applications" in the middle, which looks odd.

Thanks!
Thanks for the opportunity for us to submit our feedback. :-)

Thanks! The survey was refreshingly brief.
The best part of the conference for me was seeing how the excellent organizing of the conference visibly removed all of the friction that's common to so many other conferences. I really think Bonnie and Development Seed have set a new standard, from easing registration and creating fun name badges to maintaining constant and open communication and finding nearby venues for the afterparties.
My main criticism of the conference was that the people whose sessions weren't selected were not contacted and given the reasons why. I think it would go a long way to provide constructive feedback to people willing to present a session -- especially when sessions that weren't selected sometimes received more votes than selected sessions did.

One thing I felt was missing
One thing I felt was missing from the survey was a chance to talk about the non-content stuff.
Bonnie, Eric, Ian, and Dev Seed deserve ULTRA MEGA PROPS for the way they produced the event. They deserve a share of the profits, IMO.
Excellent work, guys!!

1. Add network hubs to allow
1. Add network hubs to allow CAT5 connections for Internet access. WiFi sucked due to saturated connections. Add 802.11n support to help decongest.
2. Cater food. Packaged sandwhiches is OK but not tasty, very bland. Have water and tea around in addition to coffee and hot chocolate.
3. 3rd tier venues sucked and were out of the way. Foot traffic was bad and they didn't get much value.
4. Room numbers didn't exactly match some signs when looking for sessions. 147a... WTF is that?
5. Some session rooms were too small and not enough seats.
6. The camera man sucked. When the speaker wanted to darken the lights, the camera man complained his camera couldn't compensate. Thus, people who couldn't read the projector had to suffer. Use professional camera crews and HD cameras next time. You can split the video feed between the VGA video and camera. Then there's no need to complain about lighting.
7. Upload the session videos in HD and have a them professionally edited.
8. Coat check.
9. More BoF rooms. Bigger BoF white-boards.
10. More power bricks. People were looking around for extra plugs.
All of that costs way too
All of that costs way too much money.

i'm a drupal developer and professional videographer
I'm a contributing member of the drupal community, and a professional videographer/editor. I'd be happy to video the sessions in HD as suggested, as well as edit them. Financial costs shouldn't be our first deterrent - as in my case, I'd be happy to film drupal sessions as another way to give back to a community that continues to give so much.
I think the suggestions are good. For many needs, the drupal community can simply put a call out, and there'll be folks who'll respond.
video splitting
I agree that splitting the video directly from the presenter would be a HUGE benefit. You really wouldn't even need a camera man, just an audio recording and video of the slide presentation synced up would be an improvement.
Also, a more established consistent way of getting access to the raw slides of the presentation would be nice.

Feedback from L.A.
Pros
* Hearing the sessions mostly were recorded helped me not rush away from a good talk.
* Drupal.org open table with the design group. This was a pleasant surprise.
* Key sponsors in front of rooms named after them. I liked this idea.
* BoF rooms behind sponsor tables.
* Constant Twitter updates.
* Four corners of schedule displays. Mobile schedule.
* Discounts for regional Drupal user groups.
Cons
* Worst badge design. Ever. Great site though.
* Lower sponsors tucked on the side hardly anyone went over to.
* Constant Twitter RT (re-tweets).
* Voting on sessions should come after submission deadline, not during.
* No visible community table for flyers/pins from regional Drupal groups. What's up with that?!?
* No coat check on day 1. That hurt.
