path problem

Description
i applied this patch to run this module on a drupal 5 installation.
running the site on xampp the problem now is, that the menu-items in the quickmenu leads to this url: http://localhost/menu-item instead of http://localhost/mysite/menu-item.
Does anybody knows this behaviour and how to solve it. clean-url is active.
