if its an upgrade please re-visit the theme-settings

Anonymous (not verified) commentedI get these errors, too. I installed RC4 two days ago. It was a fresh installation, not an update.
The errors occur only, when I wisit the admin area with a normal user. I can't reproduce this errors when logged in as 'administrator'.

the new feature role weights isn't handling it right when settings is not setted.

When user is not uid 1 then there is no default menu
