Hi,

Will there be a way of adding products to a cart on behalf of a customer. At time, some customers prefer to phone in to place an order and it would be great if Ubercart allows for this.

http://drupal.org/project/masquerade might work for this feature, and you can always create orders and take payment directly in the admin pages, except for things like PayPal as you would need the user's PayPal password.

Masquerade should be used for this. I'm using for almost 2 years now for this purpose and also view client carts and is working just fine. I think is nothing to do on uc side about this.
