Doesn't work at all and doesn't uninstall

I downloaded this module, enabled it, set the permissions for my test role, and when any user tried to submit the Notifications form it came back as though it were reset. In the database, some changes appeared, but the Notifications form didn't reflect them when you went back to look at it. Regardless, users never received notifications, plus when you went to another user's home page you could see the Notifications tab but got an Access denied message when you clicked on it. I decided to uninstall the module, but I see that there's no uninstall feature so I will have to pluck it from my database by hand. Great idea, but needs lots of work.
