Does anybody know of a good Ticket System module?

There are not many.

Or some custom assembled solution, for example http://drupal.org/project/cck, a "ticket" content type with some additional status fields, http://drupal.org/project/content_access to allow regular users to view only their own tickets, http://drupal.org/project/comment_cck to allow replies to change the status, and maybe http://drupal.org/project/rules and http://drupal.org/project/flag.

I was also thinking on doing it using content type and all the others, but if somebody already did the homework for me it would be much easier.

Then you may want to look at some discussions for recipes (although most are for older versions, using only the tools available at the time)
