Description
Could you say something on your module page about the difference between your module and Aegir?

#1
I would if I knew anything about Aegir. If you write up some content I can either link to it or include it on the home page.
#2
Google says http://www.google.com/search?q=drupal aegir&btnI=I'm Feeling Lucky.
#3
Looks to me like Aegir is meant to administer one site across multiple servers, not multiple sites on one server.
#4
No, Aegir is meant to manage any number of sites across any number of servers. The 'across any number of servers' is still a little buggy at the moment, but it's getting there.
You could think of Aegir as multisite manager's bigger and much more complicated brother.
