Not quite sure when the problem might have arisen, but I just noticed that I no longer can edit forum containers and forums itself. For example, when I go to http://www.example.com/?q=admin/content/forum/edit/forum/39 I get a 404. The forum ID is correct and in fact I cannot edit any forum container or subforum of it.

I'm using the latest release version of Drupal (6.10). I really need to some help with this one. Thanks in advance. :)

Try refreshing the page in your browser.
Try running update.php to rebuild the menu paths.

Is forum 39 listed in page http://example.com/?q=admin/content/forum ?

Are there any forum posts listed in page http://example.com/?q=forum/39 ?
Are there any listed in page http://example.com/?q=taxonomy/term/39 ?
