OGUR creates the following permissions:
- administer og_user_roles
Access to OGUR settings. - auto assign group roles
Only in 6.x and higher. Used to give user ability to auto-assign group roles from the group edit screen. The two categories in which the user can auto assign roles:- Default Basic Group Role for new subscribers to this group
- Registration code Role to assign. This is the "registration code group role" for every new subscriber who subscribes to a group using one of the registration codes defined (if applicable).
- configure member roles
Allows user to assign any group role to members of the group in which the user has this permission using the "Configure member roles" page. - configure restricted member roles
Only in 6.x and higher. Allows user to only assign roles that he has permission to assign. This is configured using the OGUR Permissions table for users with 'configure restricted member roles' permission setting. - create og_subgroups
User can create subgroups in the groups in which he has this permission. - manage registration codes
User can define registration codes for the groups in which he has this permission. - no oguseredit
The account for any user with this permission can NOT be edited using ogusermanage (This is the Allow group admins to approve new signups option in OGUR settings). This prevents group admins who can use the ogusermanage option from editing accounts that they should not be able to. - use registration codes
Assign this to users who you wish to be able to sign up to your site and/or join groups using registration codes. Typically these are "anonymous" and "authenticated" users. - OGUR Permission Templates
Only in 6.x and higher. These are permissions that you can use in the OGUR Permissions table for users with 'configure restricted member roles' permission setting to define what roles users can assign.
