FF2, FF3 and IE7 look okay as far as I have found - but IE6 vertical tabs overlap improperly making use impossible.

This might be fixed with #372217: Field area height problem - when multi CCK field "add another" used. Otherwise we should backport the excellent improvements made in the core issue to add to Drupal 7: #323112: Vertical Tabs. If you could check to see if the new version corrects this that would be appreciated.
