We are searching for module(s) who handle incoming mail with text and attached or included images.
Save to blog content for Drupa 6.
We have been looking at mailhandler and mailsave module but they are not full fill our needs for the moment.
Is there any alternative out there ready and go? We need to find something working now.

Those modules are it as far a i know. With drupal there usually aren't multiple modules for the same function-- it's actually a practice that's discouraged. The 'drupal' way to approach it would be to post feature requests, ideally with patches, to the issue queue of the module in question.
