remove tag box?

I have this module installed and it works perfectly, I just want to know if there is a way to remove the 'add new tag box'? I have given people a list to chose from so i dont really want them adding a bunch more tags to an already huge list.

Seems to me that all you'd have to do is go to admin/content/taxonomy, edit the vocabulary and uncheck 'Tags' under 'Settings'.
