Translation option should also apply to simple text fields

Issue Summary

The example where I ran into this is a node where I've got extra fields using two text widget types: "Text field" and "Text area (multiple rows)".

The "Translate this text" option appeared for "Text area (multiple row)" fields, but not for the simpler one-line "Text field" fields.
