I do not know why this is possible or why anyone would do this, but user #0 can cancel his own account.

As user #0 is a super-user account, maybe this should be forbidden.

User 0 is (currently) the anonymous user. I think that the special case of user 1 (the super user) as taken care of in the initial patch, but I will leave this open for someone who knows it better to comment.
