Removed fields still show

I unchecked some fields and saved it but when I refreshed the page, those fileds where still showing. I'm using advanced profile but the section I'm trying to remove are controlled my the core.

Also the sample picture you have up shows the option to remove name which is the reason I installed this module but I didn't see that option on the list once installed. Thanks.
