I read the Readme.txt and these issues
But I still have a problem with putting flvplayer to work
can any body help me?

I want to make a flash movie gallery like: http://drupal.org/node/222738
but with play list and some useful features
I did everything that I understand from it's readme file but I couldn't put it to work

Hi-
A few things:
1) recommended content, which is what that image that you're pointing at shows, is not supported in the 4x version of the flvmediaplayer. There is a plugin to do this, but I haven't had time to check it out yet
2) the views functions that creates this recommended view is not supported in views 2x yet, so it will not work under 6x unfortunately.
