As stated on the project page:

What do I need to do when my FeedBurner.com account is switched to Google FeedBurner?

All you need to do is change the FeedBurner URL in the 'Advanced settings' of admin/settings/feedburner to 'feedproxy.google.com'. I'm working on a potential upgrade path.

This is all you need to do to use the FeedBurner module with your Google FeedBurner account.

Errr, in my /admin/settings/feedburner, 'Advanced settings', there is no option to change the URL. 5.x-1.x-dev; Drupal 5.16.

I have two boxes: (1) 'User Agents Allowed Direct Feed Access:', and (2) 'MyBrand Custom Domain:'... Am I missing something?

I should have clarified. You enter 'feeds2.feedburner.com' in the 'MyBrand custom domain' textfield.
