Drupal 6.10, Backup Migrate 6.x-1.2 - Media Temple (gs) PHP 5.2.6 phpMyAdmin 2.11.0 Apache

Wanted to create two 'mirrored' Drupal 6.10 set ups (1 x client 1 x development - each with separate databases and Drupal modules, files etc etc) f

When 'backup/export db' from one database and 'restore/import db' to OTHER db using module returns error messages

* User warning: in xx full path xx/includes/database.msqli.inc on line 128

with only partial restore/import !

However 'backup/export db' from database and 'restore/import db' to SAME db OK ie no warning

Export 'n Import using phpMyAdmin from ONE db to OTHER db OK

What could cause this ? very confused would appreciate some help
