Cannot Add Flexinode Type

I have a fresh install of CVS head (12/4/2005) and upon installing flexinode I cannot add a new node type. I click content->add content type (tab) and fill out the form. The page refreshes but don't do anything beyond that. As if the hook for adding a new node isn't excuted.
