Fixed a few data scrubbing issues with sending characters like backslashes via ajax. Also changed the version number to sync up with the Assignment Studio versioning (hence the skip of 1.1)
This is the initial public release of the Rubric module. It's currently in use in 4 of our courses and is considered production ready though I'd recommend trying it out and seeing what you think. Works as a stand alone but more powerful when paired with the Assignment Studio module
