Related terms links on "Show glossary across many smaller pages" are wrong.

When using "Show glossary across many smaller pages." glossary uses links like "glossary//letter" but in related glossary terms link (see also) it keep using "glossary/terms/" urls.

The patch looks up the "glossary_page_per_letter" variable to render the right url.
