From the module's code, I can see that the menu entry should be called "Option Trim" and be under admin/settings/option_trim. However, this link does not appear on my site. Manually entering the URL still works, however.

This happens with both 2.0 and 2.x-dev.

I tried using the Devel module to rebuild the menu table, but to no avail.

I have very little experience in working with modules, but shouldn't the menu entry have the "type" variable set?

The menu item reappeared on a Devel module "clear cache" as well as menu rebuild. Strange, since I don't have caching enabled yet... I blame my browser's local cache.
