Problem with text area and editor

I used this theme, and the theme is designed to be like this.

For my suit, I've modified the theme to be fix width for sidebar first, content, and sidebar last. The theme design is have block float on the content.

Would you like to resolve this? I might have my CSS here. Or have you resolved this?

I want instructions to fix the columns, because this is problem not only to this theme, but to Waffles too. Thanks in advance!
