multiple jsnippets drop down menus created upon imagefield "add another item"

Issue Summary

There is a small bug when one presses the imagefield "add another item" button, another "insert a jsnipet" drop down "select" box is created

take a look at the second screenshot

apparently this only happens with "imagefield" "add another item" button

a different bug appears when we press ANY other "add another item" button

the jsnippet + sign above ALL textareas multiple

take a look at the first screenshot

I see the issue ... imagefield users are welcome to provide patches for this.

this is not only happening with imagefield
please read the report again and see jsnippets2.jpg

it happens on regular textareas when pressing "add another item" ajax button

and this makes me feel like maybe its THIS MODULE's bug

Well, devs who use modules that involve dynamic field changes can submit patches to this module. I'll be happy to review them.
