I get this error when logging into livejournal, but sourceforge works fine.

Same here. Additionally, I cannot login at stackoverflow.com either.
I see no entries in Drupal's log regarding any errors. Any ideas how to better troubleshoot this or otherwise provide more information for the maintainers or the OP?
