Writting the test part I realized some functions should be slightly modified to support the insertion in the test case.
Subtask of #397890: create a stable version for the 6.x branch of the login_security module

I created a test file with 51 tests. It's in HEAD and DRUPAL-6--1. If there is something else specific to test, I guess that'll be a new issue.

we will have to review the test cases also, I know there's a bug in the module, as after a valid login still there's a entry in the tracking table. I'll create the issue once I identify the source of this insertion in the login workflow.
