Improved Greek translation (el)

I've submitted the .po file of the greek translation, version: 4.6.0
In that file, some more english words have been translated to greek. I have a question thow. How can I obtain the cvs file and translate it to the end? Once the cvs file is translated, will all next versions (e.g. 4.*.*) be automatically translated? As a matter of fact I don't exactly know what cvs means and how things around it work. :-)

I would like to help drupal.org so that the greek translation will finaly get finished!
