The header bar at the top of the browse input screen is not tall enough.

The browse file entry box disappears into the border.

I cannot find a button to save or accept the upload file.

Samo samo on IE or FF

On selection of a file it will automatically start the upload without the need for a button. I'll double check for a css issue in the formatting.
