Hi all:
Is that possible that when showing all the blogs, the first couple of sentence also be there? And also a "read more" link so that it will attract the users to look and click?

What you are asking for is the default behavior. The teaser viewer will be whatever length you set in your Post Settings under Administer->Content management.
