Issue Summary
This patch renames the #process property to #expand. "Process" sounds more like something that happens after the form is submitted, and all the current callbacks have the word "expand" in the name anyway as this more accurately reflects what they do.

-1. Just because 'expand' is the most common use case for the '#process' callback, doesn't mean that it's the only use case. Let's leave the callback at its current generic name, please.
Closing this issue, since no-one has replied to it in the 1 year period that it's been open.
