Issue Summary
Hi there,
I am trying this module and it is just what I needed to present my faq pages.
Anyway, I have the following issue:
The "Back to top" link is not showing when I see the FAQpage.
I have the following configuration:
"Questions" tab
1) Clicking on question takes user to answer further down the page is selected
2) Back to top text set to "Top"
3) Default sorting set to "ascending"
"Categories" Tab
1) Categorize questions is checked
2) Categories layout set to "Clicking on category opens the questions/answers in a new page"
3) In advance category settings: "Enable FAQ taxonomy links" is checked
Any one else to confirm this as a bug?

Thank you stella for your quick response.... and sorry because it was all a false alarm.
Stupid me, did not check the "Show node links" in the "Questions" tab. Your module works perfectly!
I am closing this issue...

Actually I had the same problem and couldn't understand where it was displayed, could be worth mentioning somewhere in the admin page? Or maybe we're just not that clever :) One other thing - it appears the links come up as a list rather than inline as my stylesheet usually forces. Not sure why this is happening and can't find the culprit...
Thanks for the module - its really great. I have some other ideas for functionality (especially layout) and am looking for some cash to help support their potential development.
