It can definately be done...i think SEO takes a big knock though. I remember seeing a discussion about this in the 'showcase' section, had a quick look there but I couldn't find it, it had some details about how the site was put together, it did look great and seemed to work fine, but SEO was mentioned as a big issue...
I've been working on a flash interactive site, backed by drupal 6. The stumble block is the "user service" under the services module. It's simply not adeqate - lacking "register", "reset password" etc. I managed to add something for "register" but it only works to the degree that: an account is generated and the user gets an email. However, I have no idea how to implement the back link in the email etc. Also, I tried and cannot get the "reset password" to work.
Wonder if anyone has any idea. Would greatly appciate your help! since I'm not much a php person and especially new to drupal's architecture.
