Userpoint to cash

Hi would like to request a feature that would enable users to convert their points into cash.

Features
>There will be a limit of userpoints, that only after that he/she can convert them to cash.
>How much points equals a dollar
>Convert points are ofcourse deducted from his bank(or total points)
>Admins can select the process of payment as fully automated or review
>If review users send a request for cash admin review it and send him the cash.

>Cash/payments can be done from the CC/paypal or other services to users account( he has to mention the payment destination ,eg.paypal checkout etc)
