bad english - sorry
I installed Auto Expire, configured it.
On /node/*/expiry just <form><div></div></form>
No elements in form, no buttons (jpg attached)
what can do?

Are you still experiencing this problem? Your screencap suggests that you're using the Formfilter module. Does the problem also occur when you disable Formfilter?
