Thanks! However, it looks like you started with an extremely old translation template. :( Can you update this to use the latest strings from translations/signup.pot in the current DRUPAL-6--1 branch?

Oh no! I took and started from file es.po in the folder translations included in the 6.x-1.0-rc3
let me tell to myself ... DAMN! Four hours wasted!

you alright, I had start from signup.pot and rename it.po
Ok I'll redo afresh.
So, please confirm the right track
- I download the 6.x-1.0-rc3
- In the folder translations I make a copy of signup.pot
- I rename it in mylanguage.po (in my case it.po)
- I proceed with the translation

You confirm me and I start

The best thing would be to wait a day or so until I commit #367297: Restrict users from viewing other users signups, then I'll regenerate the translation template. That way, you'll be sure you've got the latest strings to translate (which should hopefully be frozen for the 6.x-1.0 release, once #367297 lands). I'll reply here once the templates are ready in CVS.
