$1,000 - Drupal Themer Wanted

Our non-profit religious corporation is relaunching its web site using Drupal 6.x (Prosepoint installation profile.) We are looking for a Drupal designer to look at our artwork and some sites we admire, and produce a quality mockup and theme. The important requirements are:

1. The theme should be standards-compliant using CSS for layout.
2. It should render properly in all major, modern browsers (IE 6+, FF 2+, Safari 1+, Opera 5+).
3. Development needs to be done on your servers and completed within 14 days with only 3 days allocated for the mockup. We are available 24/7 to work with you.
4. The theme must include some type of dynamic display block on the front page (jQuery, Prototype, whatever)

The total budget is $1,000 for completion in 14 days -OR- $1,500 for completion in 7 days from the time the mockup is approved. To protect both parties, the transaction will have to be entered through RentACoder.com so there is some type of escrow of the funds. Our account is ready to go.
