Hello,

I've been trying to deduct UserPoints from members. When going into "Manage UserPoints" I choose the "Add" tab and enter a user (in this case user has 923 points). I then enter in -923 under the "Points" to add/subtract from and then Save the page.

After saving the page the user still shows up as having the same number of UserPoints (923). I've tried this multiple times, but no luck. I've tried it in smaller decrements as well (e.g. 100) and still no success.

I very much need to be able to deduct UserPoints so any help would be appreciated.

I should also mention that I also tried to use the "View/Adjust" UserPoints from the user's account in Edit and that also did not work.

I'm having the same problem. I am able to add points manually, but not subtract.

This doesn't seem to be a problem in the latest version.
