It's not really a bug in this module, but it looks like one. If you try to install it when Admin Menu Dropdown is already installed, you will get an error message (it looks like you made a mistake installing the jquery_ui code in the jquery.ui folder), because AMD contains its own copy of jquery_ui.module.
