I’ve completed the French translation based on 6.x-1.3. I’ll create a proper patch later once I read again everything.

Can I create the patch from 1.3 or do I need to do it from HEAD?

You can use HEAD, as there will be a 1.4 version soon, and I think there were a couple of strings added recently.

OK. I’ll use HEAD then. I just need to do some revision to the translation before submitting a proper patch. I hope I'll be able to meet the 1.4 release.

Thanks! I have committed your patch to CVS. Unfortunately it didn't make it into 1.4, which being a security release had other priorities.

Hello,

Thx for your patch xmacinfo !
I'm sure it's a silly question for developpers, but how can I use it to make it works in Print module now ?
I mean I opened the file in Notepad++ and understood it's a cvs version with -, + and ~ in front of the lines ... but now how can I get a "clean" file to upload via FTP ?
Also, it's not specified where to put the file afterwards, I could only find this information at the beginning of the file : modules/print/translations/fr.po
I understand I should create the translations directory in order to transfer the patch renamed in fr.po ... but quid of the - and + ?
Thx to help me guys :)

@ydole: Translations in drupal are no longer handled via the po files.
