flag_weights_flag() Accidentally Implements hook_flag()

I haven't looked at this module extensively, I just browsed through the source code. It looks like the module has a flag_weights_flag() function, but this function does not match the signature of hook_flag($action, $flag, $content_id, $account).

This function should probably be renamed to prevent it from accidentally firing when content is flagged.
