Description
Having had a lot of different themes in the past to try, left a lot of surplus entries, so i decided to try your delete old blocks, unfortuunately it also disabled the active them. This i believe was an issue with Drupal itself until recently IIRC when update.php was run I think this link has some details http://drupal.org/node/305653
