I honestly dont know the first thing about FFMPEG so have no clue where to start on this. My host comes with FFMPEG already installed so it should be fine. I have Dashplayer installed everything is set according to the documetation but when I run cron I get this

* FlashVideo successfully created: Takeoff.AVI_35.jpg
* Conversion failed.
* Cron ran successfully.

any help appriciated :)

Support for this issue belongs to the Flashvideo module: conversion is handled by flashvideo while display is handled by dashplayer.
