generating multiple blocks in a pane in a panel page automotically

i want generate multiple block with same content in a pane of a panel page ,automotically.
these blocks contain list of last 10 nodes of any term that was childeren of a term that it's page was shown in this panel.
like this:
page of news shown with panel page>
scientifice news:
last 10 nodes of scientifice news
economic news:
1ast 10 node of economic news
....
i found views and block module have not any solution for this special need.
