Comment options missing from Content types Workflow

i've just upgraded to the latest cvs from a prior cvs. Upon doing so the Comment options have disappeared from Content types Workflow.

Not sure if this is knock on effect, but my test site included a forum, now when i add a new topic the topic states 'This topic has been moved'. Also the comment link is missing from previous nodes with comment enabled.
