I decided to try Case Tracker instead at a moment and tried to uninstall Storm but I get errors like Fatal error: Call to undefined function storm_t() in /var/www/html/drupal6/sites/all/modules/storm/stormattribute/stormattribute.module on line 31.

Same problem here (except I'm opting for jobtracker). I now have thirteen Storm modules that won't uninstall.
