Any ideas why I am getting *two* "Administer" and "Log Out" links in the navigation block? The duplicates are not showing up in the Administer > Blocks section, only in the actual Navigation block. Thanks!

I don't see anything that appears to help. It's not a contributed Admin module, and there's no duplicate entry I can see in the database. Clearing the cache (general cache, menu cache, and block cache) doesn't help... It also appears to be independent of the theme. Update.php and cron also no effect...
