Optional Alt field doesn't show correctly

When testing out the latest imagefield I had trouble getting the optional alt field to show in the widget.

If you select show custom alternative text field - no extra fields show.

If you select show custom title field then both the title and alt field show.

Its a simple fix, looks like a typo really - i've attached a patch for imagefield_widget.inc.
