I have created a view that displays the average rating for several storys. Right now an average of 3.3 looks like an average of 3.0. Both show 3 stars. It is possible to gets these values to display when I hover my mouse over the 3 stars. This is similar to what I see on Amazon.com.
For example if you go to this link http://www.amazon.com/Using-Drupal-Angela-Byron/dp/0596515804 and then go down to the section titled "Customers Whoo Bought This Item Also Bought" you will see that when you put your mouse of the stars it dislays the average saying "4.8 out 5 stars". Thanks!
